This course is split over 6 modules,

We start off by taking an in-depth look at the current social media landscape in 2023. Looking at things like population usage & demographics by social media channel to give you the background information you need to make informed decisions on your own social media strategy. 

Module 2: The Big 4 - What's the Best Channel for My Business

We then take an in-depth look at the big 4 players in the social media world - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn. We investigate their strengths and weaknesses for a trade business, and also how different trades will benefit from different channels.  

Module 3: The Up and Comers - What They Mean for Your Business

There are a lot of new and emerging social media platforms, some are here to stay. Get ahead of the game and see how you can leverage these platforms, including TikTok, SnapChat, Pinterest etc to find untapped potential. 

Module 4: Social Media Planning - How to Get it Right

One of the hardest things about social media is constantly thinking of new and engaging content. That's where proper planning comes in. With an effective social media plan, you can make sure you stay on track and have a constant stream of good content. As part of this session, we will give you the tools you need to create an personalised social media plan for your business. 

Module 5: Data & Evaluating - How Do You Know if You've Got a Winning Social Media Strategy?

The backbone to any social media strategy is evaluation. You need to know what works and what doesn't in order to improve. BUT it's not just about 'likes', you need to define your own success metrics that works for your business. In this session we look at how to find the appropriate analytics tools of each platform and how you can leverage this data to drive your social media strategy to the next level. 

Module 6: Tips, Tricks & Tools to Save You Time and Money

In this final session, we take you through some of the technology you can utalise to take your social media strategy to the next level, whilst saving you as much time as possible so you can focus on your business.
